9am-9.30am Gather at SBM
9.30am-10.30am Traveling to first destination
10.30am-1pm First activity
1pm-1.30pm Travel to destination two
1.30pm-3.00pm Lunch
3.00pm-4,00pm Traveling to destination three
4.00pm- 6.00pm West coast park
6.00pm- 6.30pm Sundae or burger
6.30pm- 7.00 pm Traveling to destination four
7.00pm- 10.00pm Dinner
10.00pm- 10.30pm Wash up
10.30pm- 12.30am Circle time
12.30 am- 2.30am OTOT
2.30am- 5.00am Night Activity
5.00am-8.00am SLEEP
8.00am-8.30am Rise and shine/ Pack up
8.30am-9.30am Morning PT
9.30am-Break camp/ Breakfast!

Inter-Youth Group Basketball Friendly 2010

It was finally set for a good morning of basketball and lots of sweating, but the weather chose to, of all the days it went parched on the green green grasses of Singapore, maintain a first ever consistent and prolonged spell of rain.

But i was happy, among with other friends we made at 3 other different groups in YBC, BIC and BLS. It was cool and some photos to show who we played with.

YBC - Aaron and Phimol

Look at their faces, they weren't exactly sure when the rain would ever stop.

BIC - Wenfeng, Shengyang, Willis, Darryl and Javier.

BLS - Zhuan Lun, Deming and gang (guys thanks for having such a big group coming. it meant alot to me. Thanks again man)

The team, as a whole. I mean, the youths from Singapore's Buddhist Community. Small, but strong. (take note of Mao Mao's hand... what's he thinking of doing to JY???)

Let's hope we make the next bball thing a success with more players k? :)

Sports day outing

Last week, house captains Eunice and Fuzhong, with the help of the other captains, organised our once monthly outing activity for SBM members. Despite overcast skies and slight drizzle, our spirits were not the least dampened.

We played the usual sports such as football, ultimate frisbee, dodge ball and Kite flying! The last time I remembered flying a kite was when I was 13. many years later, I'm seeing new 13 year old members flying kites together with other youth members. It was definitely heart-warming for me.

At the end of the day, we left the seng kang field with joy and a stronger bond forged during the games.

It was definitely a wonderful experience as well as a good break from all the school work and exams! I looking forward to the next sports activity which is ULTIMATE SPORTS CAMP!!!
